General Information

To realize the quickest improvement in your tennis, we recommend that you play two to three times per week.  You could attend two Intro. clinics each week or schedule an hour of court-time with a friend, family member or another player in your group.   After completing one session of Tennis 4 Life the next step in your progression would be to attend a 2.5-3.0 Drill & Play or Intraclub League.
